FHIR API for Clinical Tables

CTSS (Clinical Tables Search Service) hosts over two dozens of "clinical tables", aka, datasets. Such datasets can be seen/used as value sets and/or code systems. This CTSS FHIR API exposes the datasets as FHIR ValueSet and FHIR CodeSystem through the standard FHIR operations API. Besides the clinical tables hosted by CTSS, this API also supports the $validate-code and $lookup FHIR CodeSystem operations for HGVS, which are backed by the NCBI's Variation Service and the Mutalyzer Services.

Please note that this is not a full terminology server and supports only a subset of the FHIR operations and for each operation, a subset of the parameters. Please follow the links below for details on the specific operations supported by CTSS and their limitations.
